By using the appropriate grade of aluminium or mild steel profiles, we ensure that the level of framework strength is in proportion to the size of the product to be manufactured. Mild steel structures are then hot dipped galvanized, cleaned and powder-coated to your preferred colour, giving you a final product that is sleek, durable and sustainable through our harsh weather conditions.

As standard practice we utilise a round bar track system that is paired with a radial shaped wheel kit. This reduces friction and enables ease of operation no matter the weight of the gate.

A range of gate infill options are available from extruded Aluminium slats, exotic timber such as Meranti and Balau, Steel tube profiles, Glass and Laser cut design sheets.

As an authorized installer of ET Nice automation units, we supply and install a suitable unit for the operation and weight of your gate. The units comes complete with anti-theft and anti-lift brackets. Automation units are installed with a battery backup kit and two remote controls. Safety beams are available as an additional component to your automation unit
